Alison De Muy

Alison is Director of Strategy and Community Engagement at the Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Shift Your Mind™, an innovative workplace wellness program. In her role, Alison works to improve the quality and experience of mental healthcare, raise awareness and reduce the stigma of mental health and works to create meaningful partnerships with the goal of building mentally healthy communities. Previous to her role at CMHA WW, Alison was Senior Manager of Health System Transformation at the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network. Before entering the world of local healthcare, Alison was a founding partner at Overlap Associates, a design-thinking firm in the Waterloo Region. There, Alison worked with clients in technology, municipalities, healthcare and other industries who have challenges with creativity and innovation.
