Slide Right now, begin to set down the weight of your stories in health, sexuality, relationships, and finances. Through the power of shared experience and expert contributors, this conference has been designed to help you on your unique journey to identify the stories you carry, from your ancestors, family, friends, coworkers, faith and interest groups, your broader community, and even strangers.

Experiences and the way you interpret your experiences are the raw material of your stories that are evidenced through the life you have built for yourself and your family. Sometimes your stories work to your advantage and support you. This may not be how it goes in all areas of your life.

What if some or many of the stories you continually tell yourself don’t serve you and inform the decisions you make day after day? Is it time to reflect on our stories?

This conference will provide you with:
1. Insights through an expert panel of presenters,
2. Guidance by coaches from the Community Mental Health Association, and
3. Dedicated time and tools for reflection
